Website Checklist

This is a standard list of items that are usually needed to complete a site. 

Important Notes:

  • All required information must be submitted at least 3 business days before the turnaround date. Delays may occur if any details are missing.
  • Some items on this checklist are optional based on how you want your website to function.
  • Revisions (minor changes) are allowed, but redesigns (major layout changes) are not included.
  • Provide clear preferences for your site’s appearance, and if possible, include a reference screenshot.
  • Typed information should be sent in a Word document or email (no screenshots of text).
  • Images should be sent as attachments (not inside Word or PDF files).

Required Information for Your Website

1. Business Contact Details

  • Business Email Address & Password (for customer notifications)
    • If previously used for a Wix account, provide Wix login details.
  • Business Contact Information
    • Phone number
    • Business location
    • Email address

2. Images & Banners

  • Number of Banners Included:
    • Standard package: 3 banners
    • Premium package: 4 banners
  • Additional banners: Available for $35 each.
  • Image Submission Guidelines:
    • High-quality, professional images are recommended.
    • If using stock images, a fee will apply for later changes.

3. Booking Services (If Applicable)

  • Details Required:
    • Name of each service
    • Exact cost
    • Required deposit (if any)
    • Duration (must be an exact number, not a range)
    • Hours of operation & contact info
  • Third-Party Booking Integration:
    • Provide the link if using an external booking system (e.g., Acuity).

4. Product Listings (If Applicable)

  • Product Upload Limit: 10 (additional products can be uploaded later).
  • Details Required:
    • Product name
    • High-quality product images (named accordingly)
    • Description (if any)
    • Variations (size, color, texture, length, etc.)
    • Exact price for each product/variation
  • Important: Prices cannot be changed after submission.

5. Policies & Legal Information

  • Store Policies
    • Return/refund policy
    • Turnaround times
    • Shipping/fulfillment details
  • Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy
    • Can be researched and customized for your business.
  • FAQs
    • Common customer questions & answers.

6. Social Media Integration

  • Social Media Links (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
  • Instagram Live Feed (Optional)
    • Provide Instagram username & password for integration OR
    • Request step-by-step instructions to set it up manually.

7. Payment Processing

  • Available Options: PayPal, Square, Stripe, or Wix Payments
  • Details Required:
    • Email/username & password for the chosen processor
    • Wix Payments setup must be done by the user after site completion.

8. Shipping Prices (If Applicable)

  • Flat Rate Option: (e.g., $6 for standard, $50 for rush shipping)
  • Total Amount-Based Pricing: (e.g., $9 for orders up to $50, free shipping for orders over $50)

Submission Guidelines

Typed text should be in a Word document or email (no screenshots).
Images should be attached separately (not inside documents).
Try to send all details in a single email to reduce back-and-forth communication.
